A classic liqueur of the Cottian Alps, very fragrant,
produced by cold water infusion, alcohol, sugar and
flowers of wild thyme,
(collected between 2,000-2,600m / 6,600-8,500 ft).

The altitude of the where the wild thyme is collected
is important because the intensity of the fragrance
decreases rapidly for flowers collected
below 2,000 m (6,600 ft)).

Alcohol content: 30%.
