A liqueur typical of the Cottian Alps.

The recipe is very simple, based on
the ancient traditions of mountain people.

The Gentian flowers, indigenous and collected only
above 1,500 m (5,000 ft), are used in a solution of alcohol,
water  and sugar for the cold infusion process. 

Moderate alcohol content with an unmistakable fragrance
and slightly astringent flavor,  excellent as a digestive.

Alcohol content: 28% vol.
