Génépi, a typical liqueur of Piedmont,
is produced using only the flowers (not the leaves)
of Artemisia Mutellina and Artemesia Spicata.
These flowers are very valuable because they are only found
in some locations, usually inaccessible except by hiking
for several hours. Harvesting is done entirely by hand and
never below 1500 m (5,000 ft).
Our recipe is a very old family tradition that allows us to
produce a liqueur with an intense aroma and
particularly pleasant flavor.
